本研究では、「全国各地の高専に学ぶ障害学生の修学の実態を調査し、必要とされる情報提供と環境整備を明らかにし、障害のある生徒の高専への進学とその修学環境の向上のための方策を提言すること」を目的とする。日本学生支援機構の調査結果から、身体や精神に障害のある学生に対する支援内容や支援組織の概要については示されているが、高専において、複数の障害を併せ有する者や多様なニーズに応えるために複雑化した修学環境において、どのような支援が求められているか、また、実際にどのような合理的配慮が提供されているか、その実態を明らかにした研究は非常に少ない。そこで、本研究では、高専における障害学生支援の特徴と課題を明らかにするために、全国の高専に対する障害学生支援の状況に関する調査と、視覚障害学生が在籍する専門学校に対して支援技術の導入に関する提案を行う。2022年度は、その実現に向けての準備段階として、高専におけるＩＣＴ活用の状況と、関連して支援技術教育について調査を行った。（１）高専の学修におけるICT利用状況に関する調査大学ＩＣＴ推進協議会による「高等教育機関におけるＩＣＴの利活用に関する調査研究」を基に、教育内容、設備、支援組織、課題等について調査し、整理した。（２）高専における支援技術教育に関する調査全国ＫＯＳＥＮ支援機器開発ネットワークによる共生社会実現に向けての活動を中心に、高専全体における支援技術教育について調査し、整理した。

The purpose of this study is to investigate and provide necessary information on the learning situation of high school students with disabilities in all parts of the country, and to provide suggestions on how to improve the learning environment for students with disabilities. Survey results of Japanese student support organizations: physical, mental, and organizational support; summary of support organizations; presentation of multiple obstacles; and combination of multiple obstacles. The state of affairs is very rare. This study aims to clarify the characteristics and issues of student support for visually impaired students, and to conduct a survey on the status of student support for visually impaired students in schools across the country. In 2022, we will conduct research on ICT utilization status and correlation in preparation for the implementation of ICT. (1) Research on ICT utilization in higher education institutions, including research on the basis of ICT utilization in higher education institutions, educational content, facilities, support organizations, and projects. (2) Research on support technology education for high-level enterprises Nationwide KOSEN support machine development and development, research on support technology education, and organization.
