项目摘要

本研究の目的は、産後1年間に母親が求める支援の経時的変化を明らかにし、産後ケアに関する母親のニーズを測定する尺度を開発することである。令和3年度には、産後ケアニーズ尺度作成のための項目抽出にあたり、研究方法を面接法からアンケート調査へ変更した。文献検討、質問票の作成、プレテストを実施し、インターネット調査会社と調査について打ち合わせを行った。今年度は、研究倫理審査を受け承認を得た。産後の母親自身の体調や生活、育児に関する困りごと、受けているサポートの内容と満足度、希望する産後の支援について作成した質問票を、1歳未満の児を養育している母親を対象にインターネットアンケート調査を実施した。月齢0～4か月までの児を養育している母親（産後4か月以内の母親)および月齢5か月～11か月の児を養育している母親（産後5か月以上の母親）それぞれ309人、合計618人より回答が得られたた。分析の結果、産後4か月以内と産後5か月以上では、母親の困りごとの内容および受けているサポートの内容に差があることが明らかになった。産後1年間使用可能な産後ケアニーズ尺度開発に向け更なる分析を進めていく。
