本研究は生活介護事業所の看護職が行っている多職種連携の好事例を抽出し、活動活性化要素を特定することが目的である。令和4年度は研究計画に基づき、研究参加者のリクルートと面接調査を行った。調査は3段階で構成された。第1段階では、効果的な多職種連携を行っている生活介護事業所で働く看護職を発掘することを目的とし、生活事業所の管理者等計5名を対象に面接調査を行った。第2段階では、第1段階で紹介を受けた看護職5名に対して、面接調査を行った。研究参加者の看護職からは、生活介護事業所における看護実践について、多職種連携の成功事例について、効果的な多職種連携を行うための基盤形成のための取り組みや工夫などを聞き取った。第3段階では、第2段階の研究参加者となった看護職から紹介を受けた連携相手を対象とし、生活介護事業所内の生活支援員、グループホーム職員など計6名を対象に面接調査を行った。看護職の連携相手からは、多職種連携の成功事例について、看護職と連携を行ううえで重要と捉えていることや実践していることなどを聞き取った。面接調査は研究参加者1名につき1回、60分程度で行ったが、1名は業務の都合のため2回に分けて行った。現在、データの分析に着手したところである。今後、データを詳細に分析し、多職種連携の活動活性化要素を特定する。その結果を論文として公表することを目指す。併せて、これまでの調査結果から、生活介護事業所における看護実践についてもまとめて論文として公表することを目指す。

This study aims to extract a good example of multi-job integration in nursing care in residential care institutions, and to specify the active elements of activities. In 2010 and 2014, the research project was conducted on the basis of a survey of research participants. The survey consists of three stages.
