We developed the near infrared laser pumped Raman Spectroscopy System and the CARS measuring System by using existing facilities(Q-sw Nd : YAG laser, Optical Parametric Oscillator and double monochro meter). We measured anti-stokes Raman spectrum of a glucose solution, and it was confirmed that a 950nm band(1100~1200cm^<-1>) signal based on a C-O stretching mode was proportional to a concentration of glucose. We measured a CARS signal of powdered glucose, and it was confirmed that the CARS signal was proportional to a square of a pump laser power.
