Through the investigation of the works, it becomes clear that the representations of orient of 15th and 16th century venetian art have almost two routes : Gentile Bellini's the experiences staying Constantinople of 1479, were inherited in his family's workshop, and the others were inspired by such as manuscripts and cartography (not involving Gentile's souvenirs)of the time.
