The result of my research discovered the Global Civil Society based Global justice movement in recent years that is asking for social justice have played important role in world politics, especially on the influence of the international norm formation. By studying Global justice movement which this research becomes from a global civil society, and various character I was able to carry out to analyze from the both sides of the religion organization centering not only on NGO but on a Christianity community, and the civic organization of the "affinity group" based people power like Occupy Wall Street, by showing the concept of "Clouding of a social movement" and the "social movement 2.0" about the Influence which I have had on international norm formation, these global civil societies found out new knowledge to Global justice movement research in these days.

本文的研究结果发现，近年来以全球公民社会为基础的全球正义运动在世界政治中发挥了重要作用，尤其是对国际规范的形成产生了重要影响。通过研究本研究从全球公民社会演变而来的全球正义运动，以及从以非政府组织为中心、以基督教社区为中心的宗教组织和以占领华尔街运动为代表的“亲合团体”为基础的民间力量的公民组织两个方面所能进行的各种特征分析，这些全球性的公民社会通过展示“社会运动的遮蔽”和“社会运动2.0”对国际规范形成的影响的概念，为近年来全球正义运动的研究提供了新的认识。
