Testifing the potentialities of organ transplantation from the donor with malignancy

免疫抑制剂脱氧精胍菌素（DSG）对ACI大鼠肾癌细胞具有生长抑制作用。移植于LEW皮肤上的大鼠肾癌细胞在环孢菌素A给药下显示快速生长，导致30至54天的死亡并伴有多个肺转移，但这些癌细胞在DSG给药下移植于LEW皮肤上在60天内显示无生长，所有大鼠均存活。提示DSG对恶性肿瘤供者器官移植可能有清除癌细胞的作用。

Deoxyspergualin(DSG); immunosuppressive drug, exerts growth inhibitory effect on ACI derived rat renal cancer cell. Transplanted rat renal cancer cells on LEW skin under cyclosporin A administration showed rapid growth which leads to death from 30 to 54 days with multiple lung metastasis, but these cancer cells transplanted on LEW skin under DSG administration shows no growth during 60 days and all rats survived. These finding suggested the possibility of cancer cell elimination effect of DSG on organ transplantation from donors with malignancies.
