本研究は、非カルケドン派諸教会、特にアルメニア教会・シリア正教会の間で生じた神学論争における争点の一つである「キリストの肉体の不朽性」という神学的主題の研究を通じて、東方キリスト教における人間観の発展の過程を明らかにすることを目指す。初年次にあたる2022年度は、研究環境の整備と先行研究のとりまとめを進めながら、「キリストの肉体の不朽性」めぐって12世紀後半にアルメニア教会・シリア正教会間で生じた神学論争の内容を、当時のアルメニ教会指導者であったネルセス・シュノルハリ（1173年没）の書簡と、シリア側の論客であった神学者ディオニュシオス・バル・サリービー（1171年没）の著作『アルメニア人駁論』に基づいて再構築することを試みた。この成果の一部は、2022年7月にパリのフランス国立東洋言語文化学院（INALCO）で開催された第13回シリア学大会（XIIIe Symposium Syriacum）での口頭発表に反映されている。年度の後半は、アルメニア教会において「キリストの肉体の不朽性」が正統教義に組み込まれた過程を明らかにするために、7世紀から8世紀に書かれたアルメニア語神学書の分析を進め、現在もその作業が進行中である。当初の計画では、2023年2月にオンラインで国際ワークショップを開催する予定だったが、共催者の意向により、オンラインではなく対面での実施を目指すことになり、それに伴い実施時期が2024年2月に延期された。2023年3月のアルメニア出張では、メスロプ・マシュトツ文書館（マテナダラン）において写本資料の閲覧を行うとともに、ワークショップの共催者である同施設の研究員と、2024年のワークショップ開催に向けての打ち合わせを実施した。

This study aims to clarify the theological debate on the subject of "the immortality of the body" and the theological debate on the development of human beings in the non-Christian churches, especially in the Orthodox churches. In the first half of the 12th century, the church was founded in 1173, and the theological debate between the church and the orthodox church took place in the second half of the 12th century. The work of the theologian,"The Theory of the Theologian"(1171), was re-constructed on the basis of the theory of the theologian A part of this achievement was reflected in the oral presentation of the 13th XIIIe Symposium Syriacum held in July 2022 at the National Academy of Language and Culture (INALCO). The original plan was to be implemented in February 2023, and the implementation period of the plan was postponed until February 2024.
