本研究の目的は、仲介業者による知識の生産を通じて移民労働者のモビリティが生み出されるメカニズムを明らかにすることにある。そのため本研究では、３つの課題（1）文献やSNS上の広告を通じた現在の日本就労に関する情報収集（2）派遣会社へのイメージ戦略に関する聞き取り調査（3）日本側の取引先企業と労働者によるイメージ受容に関する聞き取り調査に取り組んでいる。今年度は特に、第一と第二の課題を中心に研究を進めた。第一の課題では、旅行会社および派遣会社ブラジル現地法人がFacebookおよびInstagramに掲載している広告を収集した。2020年3月以降パンデミックにより一旦は日本への送り出しが停止したが、同年中には少しずつ再開しており、なかにはその送り出しの様子を頻繁にSNS上で報告する業者も見られた。このことから、パンデミック下にあっても、ブラジルからの送り出しが完全に停止していたわけではないということが指摘できる。第二の課題では、ブラジル・サンパウロで労働者を送り出す派遣会社および旅行社の求人・営業戦略に関する聞き取り調査を実施した。聞き取りからは、パンデミック以降、求人から送り出しに至るまで一連のプロセスの電子化が進められていることが明らかになった。今後は聞き取りを詳細に分析し、デカセギ送り出しにおける技術の変化と派遣会社とのイメージ戦略との関係性について検討していく予定である。第三の課題については上記の海外調査を優先して行ったため、まだ着手できていない。今後は第一、第二の調査結果をふまえて、国内調査を進めていく。
