本年度は、本研究の背景となる同時代的社会・経済・政治状況の解明（研究課題１）の遂行と、固定家屋に住まう身体とゲルに住まう身体に関する事例研究（研究課題２）遂行のための予備的調査・研究を実施した。研究課題１では、モンゴル国オブス県で夏季に実施した予備的調査を通じて、とくにパンデミック下での世帯間・親族間の訪問の増減を中心に、家族の親密圏がどのように変化していたのかを把握した。成果の一部は、砂漠、乾燥地域や牧畜社会に関する研究会で発表した。研究課題２では、上記予備的調査の際に、草原のゲルに暮らす牧畜世帯において、世帯成員以外の訪問に際する空間利用および親密圏の変化に関する事例を収集した。ただし、予算執行開始期間の都合で夏季の調査期間を十分に確保できなかったため、とくに固定家屋における空間利用と親密圏の変化に関する事例収集を中止として、計画した事例研究の大部分を次年度に持ち越した。また、研究課題３として、近現代の「親密圏」概念をめぐる研究動向を精査するために文献研究を行った。オックスフォード大学ボドリアン図書館を訪問し、英国内で刊行されたモンゴル地域に関する人類学的研究を中心とした貴重な資料の収集も行うことができた。これらの研究を通じて得られた知見の一部は、現在執筆中の博士論文に盛り込んでいる。

Research Topic 3: Research Trends of Modern "Intimate Circle" Concept and Literature Research The University's Library of Science and Technology, published in the United Kingdom, is a research center for valuable data collection. A part of this research has been completed, and now I am writing my doctoral thesis.
