项目摘要

本研究は、訪日外国人旅行者の旅行履歴を旅行レビューサイトに投稿されたレビューの情報を利用して把握するとともに、旅行履歴において観光旅行者の好みに安定性・一貫性がみられるかを訪問スポットの特徴から検討するものである。さらに、地方訪問者に焦点を当てた検討によって訪日外国人旅行者の地方分散化に向けた知見の獲得を目指すものである。2022年度はデータ収集と前処理、基礎的な分析を行った。代表的な旅行レビューサイトのひとつから、日本国内の観光スポットの情報（所在地、観光スポットのカテゴリなど）を収集した。また、日本国内の観光スポットに対して投稿されたレビューの情報（投稿ユーザー名、訪問時期など）を収集した。本研究では米国からの訪日旅行者を対象に設定して、英語のレビューに限定し、米国居住の投稿ユーザーによるものを抽出した。さらに、収集データの訪問時期の情報に基づいて訪日リピーターを特定し、分析対象とするデータを抽出した。訪日リピーターが訪問したことのある都道府県を分析した結果、先行研究と同様に、特定の地域に偏っていることが確認された。また、観光旅行体験の好みの安定性・一貫性を検討するために、訪問した観光スポットのカテゴリの観点から訪日旅行のタイプを分類し、旅行タイプの変遷を可視化した。その結果、全体傾向としては、名所（寺社など）を主な目的地とする旅行が多いこと、同タイプの旅行は訪日1回目に比べて訪日2回目以降では少ないことが示された。

This study focuses on the use of information about the travel history of foreign travelers visiting Japan, and on the stability, consistency, and characteristics of visitors.
