项目摘要

本研究は、「責任ある研究とイノベーション」の観点から、日本における脳神経倫理関連知識の体系化を試み、脳科学技術の実社会への適用、普及を見据え、脳科学技術を開発、提供する専門職集団および専門職を志す高等教育課程に特化した倫理教育パッケージを提案することを目的としている。2022年度は研究計画に沿って、日本および海外における脳神経倫理関連学術文献の網羅的探索、収集を行った。また、日本国内の国公立大学・大学院に加え、私立大学・大学院のうち、脳科学研究の学術論文の公表件数の上位校と大学院脳科学研究科を有する研究大学等の公開シラバスを調査した他、各国政府機関、民間調査機関、および国際機関が発行した脳神経倫理関連報告書を収集し、政策提言内容や掲載専門用語の定義に関する調査を行った。さらに、専門職倫理に関する啓発活動、コンテンツ作成に取り組んでいる国際団体IEEE のBRAIN Neuroethics Frameworkのワーキンググループ活動への参加、憲法学に関する国際会議Global Summit on Constitutionalismの神経法学関連セッションにおける発表等を通して国際動向に関する情報収集を行った。また、日本国内において脳神経科学、脳科学、生命倫理、技術者倫理、科学哲学、科学技術社会論などを専攻する大学・大学院生、および研究教育従事者と関連産業に従事する専門職を対象とした「日本の大学・大学院における神経科学（脳科学）研究の倫理教育に関する調査」（オンラインアンケート）を実施した。これらの成果について、上記国際会議の他、国内学術集会において研究発表を行った他、2023年度開催の国内学会シンポジウム、国際学会口頭発表演題として採択された。
