项目摘要

初年度の研究活動として、前期（～９月）はランダム化比較試験（以下本RCT）に向けた資材準備やリクルート、関連論文の執筆・研究発表などを行った。まず、がんを含む身体疾患患者の心理的支援のニーズ調査のデータをもとに国際学会にて発表を行った（研究業績1）。後期（10月～）は、主にRCTに使用するプログラムの構成、資材準備を行い、対象者リクルートのための関連機関との会議などを実施した。また、本RCTの重要な構成要素である「価値」ががん経験者の活動抑制とどのような関係があるのかについて、横断調査のデータを解析し、日本サイコオンコロジー学会においてポスター発表を行った（研究業績2）。・主な研究業績1.Hata, K, Tajima, E., & Suzuki, S: 2022 Preferences for psychological support needs upon highly distressed chronic illness patients in Japan. Research activities in the first year and the first period (September to September) include preparation of materials, writing of related papers, and research development. Research on psychological support for patients with physical disorders was carried out by the International Society for Research (Research Results 1). In the later period (October ~), the main RCT will be used to organize meetings, prepare materials, and organize meetings with related organizations. The important constituent elements of this RCT include the "value" of the activity inhibition of the operator, the analysis of the cross-section survey, and the implementation of the development table of the Japanese Society of Science and Technology (Research Results 2).
