近年、循環器疾患と腸内マイクロバイオームの関連が注目されており、腸内マイクロバイオームの構成変化が炎症性サイトカインやエンドトキシンなどを介して心血管イベントの発症に影響を及ぼすという「心腸連関」の新しい概念が提唱されている。本研究においては、心臓血管外科手術患者を対象に、周術期の投薬による腸内マイクロバイオームの変化を明らかにし、周術期やその後の心血管イベントの発症への影響を解明することを目的とする。岡山大学病院では、年間400件を超える心臓血管外科手術が行われており、申請者らは、すでに一部の先天性心疾患患者において、倫理委員会の承認を経て、患者糞便サンプルの採取を開始し、凍結保存を進めている。保管済みのサンプルについては、本研究においても使用可能である。本研究は以下の４つの項目を検討予定である。1.　心臓血管外科手術患者の周術期使用薬剤と腸内マイクロバイオームの関連の検討　2. 腸内マイクロバイオームと周術期心血管イベント発症の関連の検討　3. 腸内マイクロバイオームの構成変化が遠隔期心血管イベント発症に及ぼす影響の検討　4. 腸内マイクロバイオームに影響を及ぼす薬剤の適正使用法の検討

In recent years, people with environmental diseases have been paying close attention to the development of inflammatory diseases such as cardiovascular disease, heart disease, heart disease.
