项目摘要

2022年度は、地域コホート調査に参加した高齢者から、縦断的な身体機能（握力、歩行速度など）、認知機能（注意力、情報処理能力など）、身体組成（四肢骨格筋量、体脂肪率など）、その他の健康関連指標（血液データ、生活様式など）に関するデータを取得した。2022年度データについては現在データクリーニングを進めており、2018年度以降のデータとの連結を予定している。2018年度、2019年度、2021年度の地域コホート調査において認知的フレイルの判定に必要なデータは蓄積されており、認知的フレイルのデータと背景病理にかかる心血管因子および生活様式、その他の健康関連指標との連結を随時進めている。また、これまで蓄積されたデータをもとに背景病理にかかる横断的な解析を進めている。本研究における認知的フレイルの割合は、先行研究とほぼ同等の割合で存在しており、一般性の高い集団における結果であると解釈できる。一部の成果については、国内学会、国際学会での演題発表済みであり、現在国際誌に投稿中である。アウトカム指標となる認知的フレイルの新規発生および悪化・改善の縦断的なデータの取得・管理体制について、行政と連携してシステム構築を進めており、新規の認知的フレイル発生などのデータの連結作業を行っている。2023年度以降も当該研究の年次計画がなされ、行政との連携により対象者のリクルートが進められている。2023年度は約1000名の追加データを取得する見込みである。
