本研究では、沐浴実施時の児頭の支え方を圧力測定により可視化し、初学者と熟練者の手技の違いを比較することで、安定した支え方に必要な要素を明らかにすることを目的とし、令和4～5年の2年計画で実施中である。令和4年度は、研究計画の具体化ならびにデータ収集方法の確立化を行い、調査に向けての体制整備を行った。本調査は人を対象とした研究となるため、調査に先立ち所属施設の倫理審査を受け、次年度よりデータ収集を開始できる準備を整えた。また、情報収集活動として関連の学術集会に参加することにより、研究手法に関する知識を得るとともに、看護技術教育に関する知見を得ることができた。令和4年度中にはデータ収集を開始できなかったが、令和5年度は研究計画に基づいて調査を進めていく。具体的には、看護学生と助産師/看護師それぞれ10～15名程度を調査対象とし、沐浴時に児頭を把持する左手の既定の部位に圧力測定用のセンサを貼付した状態で沐浴を実施してもらう。また、実施中の様子についてビデオカメラで撮影し、沐浴実施中の姿勢や手の角度、固定方法について録画する。以上の方法で得られたデータについて、各部位にかかる圧を算出し、初学者である看護学生と熟練者である助産師/看護師との違いについて分析する。あわせて撮影動画を参考に、実施中の姿勢や支える手の角度と圧の関連についても分析し、安定した支え方に必要な要素について検討するとともに、より効果的な看護技術教育への活用について検討する予定である。
