本研究は、80歳以上である超高齢者のレジリエンス促進プログラムの開発にむけ、その介入モデルを構築することを目的としている。2022年度は、文献レビューによる本テーマに関する国内外の研究動向について整理・把握したうえで、本テーマに関する先進的取組に関するフィールドワークを実施した。具体的な実施内容は以下の通りである。１）超高齢期のレジリエンスに関する国内外の介入研究に関する動向の把握及び整理：超高齢期及び高齢期の地域住民を対象とした介入研究について、国内外の文献をマトリクス法及びPRECEDE-PROCEED Modelにより整理した。その結果、今後の超高齢期のレジリエンスを促進する介入を検討する上での視点として、①個人のみにとどまらず、住民組織や地域を基盤とした介入の検討が必要である可能性、②超高齢者と学童期の子どもとの世代間交流の活用が超高齢者のレジリエンス促進に効果的である可能性等を得た。２）超高齢者を対象とした地区組織・地域基盤の世代間交流に関する先進的取組の視察：超高齢者を含む高齢者を対象とした地区組織・地域基盤の世代間交流に関する先進的取組として、小学生による登下校時の高齢者への挨拶・声かけ活動の取組や当該地域での関連の取組等の視察を実施した。また、本活動を立ち上げた地区組織の代表及び関係者らへのインタビューを実施し、本活動の超高齢者への効果や地域への波及効果等について聞き取りを行った。その結果、本活動は超高齢者の毎日の生きがいや張り合いとなることで、地域での生活の支えとなっており、レジリエンスを促進する要因の一つとなっていることが示唆された。
