本研究では中国のがん患者の就労問題に関する研究が欠落していることに着目し、中国においてがん患者の就業率及び「未就業」の関連要因を明らかにすることを目的に、アンケート調査を実施する。2021年11月から中国では新型コロナウイルス感染が急速に広まり、北京をはじめ各地の医療機関がコロナ対応に集中した状況を考慮し、北京の協力医療機関との対面打ち合わせが延期されたものの、下記の通り本研究を進めている。①Pudmedで“return to work”, “RTW”, “unemployment”, “associated factors”, “cancer survivors”のキーワードで、2022年3月までの過去20年間の先行文献を検索し、ヒットしたすべての先行論文のAbstractを読み、特に本研究との関係性がある論文の研究デザインおよび結果について確認。②アンケート調査の中国の協力実施機関、対象者、実施期間および想定の回収数を決定。実施の方法は、協力医療機関との協議の結果、予定のオンラインでのアンケート調査から対面でのアンケート調査に変更。これにより調査の質を担保。③中国語のアンケート票を作成済み。論文投稿用のサプリメンタル情報としてアンケート票の英文を翻訳済み。④中国の協力医療機関（アンケート実施機関）での倫理審査資料を提出済み。現在結果待ち。倫理審査が下り次第、速やかに現地でアンケート調査を実施し、本研究で得られた成果により、中国におけるがん患者への社会的支援の必要性を検証し、今後の医療政策策定に役立つ基礎資料の提供を目標とする。本研究の成果を国内外に適切に発信することにより、がんと就労の課題解決に関する日中双方向の波及効果も期待できる。

This study aims to investigate the employment rate of Chinese patients and the related factors of "unemployment" in China. In November 2021, China began to rapidly develop new types of infections. Medical institutions in Beijing began to consider the concentration of new infections. Medical institutions in Beijing began to cooperate with each other.①Pudmed "return to work,""RTW,""unemployment,""associated factors,""cancer survivors," March 2022. The previous literature of the past 20 years was searched, and the Abstract of the previous paper was reviewed. The research results of this study and the relationship between the previous papers were confirmed. (2) To determine the cooperation implementation agency, target, implementation period and desired return amount of China for investigation. The method of implementation is to coordinate the results of the agreement between the medical institution and the predetermined information, and to change the information from the corresponding information to the corresponding information. This is a quality assurance for investigation.③ China language is used to make tickets. The information for paper submission is available in English. (4) To provide information on the ethical review data of China's cooperative medical institutions. Now the result is waiting for everything. The ethical review is conducted in the following order and at a rapid pace. The results of this study are used to demonstrate the need for social support for patients in China and to provide basic data for future medical policy formulation. The results of this study are expected to be relevant to both domestic and international research and development.
