Refinement of the stroke patient satisfaction scale for nursing services provided in convalescent rehabilitation wards and related factors

我们调查了全日本50个康复康复病房，目的是完善“康复康复病房住院中风患者护理服务满意度量表”，以便它可以在临床环境中使用。该量表由申请人自行编制，由3个因素29个项目组成。在本次调查中，量表中增加了3个内容效度检查项目，使量表的项目总数达到32个。共发放问卷1068份，收到回复313份（回复率29.3%）。本研究共分析194份有效问卷。结果：脑卒中患者在康复病房住院的护理服务满意度量表（p < 0.05）。(2)由“自我护理支持”、“护士道德行为”和“建立信任关系”3个因素组成，共30个条目。

We surveyed 50 convalescent rehabilitation wards throughout Japan with the aim of refining a 'scale of satisfaction in nursing service of stroke patients hospitalised in convalescent rehabilitation wards' so that it may be used in clinical settings. The scale, which was developed by the applicant, comprised three factors and 29 items. For the survey, additional three items for the examination of content validity were included in the scale, making for a total of 32 items. A total of 1068 questionnaire surveys were distributed, of which 313 responses were received (response rate: 29.3%). A total of 194 valid responses were analysed in this study. As a result, 'scale of satisfaction in nursing service of stroke patients hospitalised in convalescent rehabilitation wards (ver.2)' was composed of 30 items and three factors including 'support for self-care', 'ethical behavior of nurses' and 'building a relationship of trust'.
