Gingival clevicular fluid (GCF) was extracted from gingival overgrowth sites and analyzed using a Multiplex suspension array system. A number of specifically expressed cellular growth factors, cell attachment factors, and inflammatory cytokines were examined from GO sites. The results showed significantly up-regulated levels of IL-8, as well as elevated levels of IL-1 beta,TGF-beta, and VEGF-A. Those results were reported at the American Academy of Periodontology.

从牙龈增生部位提取牙龈沟液（GCF），并使用多重悬浮阵列系统进行分析。从GO位点检查了许多特异性表达的细胞生长因子、细胞粘附因子和炎性细胞因子。结果显示，IL-8水平显著上调，IL-1 β、TGF-β和VEGF-A水平升高。这些结果在美国牙周病学会报告。
