Development of nursing intervention method to the change of the body image of young female cancer survivors

本研究旨在以年轻女性癌症幸存者为研究对象，探索身体形象改变的护理干预方法。在参考相关文献的基础上，对8名被试进行访谈并进行定性分析，内容包括身体形象的变化、应对行动和他们认为必要的关怀。基于分析结果，提出了一种由治疗决策、性取向两个方面组成的护理干预方法，以应对年轻女性癌症幸存者身体形象的变化。

This study aims to develop a nursing intervention method to the change of the body image, focusing on young female cancer survivors. After reference to the related literatures, interviews were conducted and qualitatively analyzed, covering 8 subjects about the changes of body image, coping actions and cares they thought necessary. Based on the analysis result, a nursing intervention method was invented which is composed of two aspects of: a. decision-making in therapy b. sexuality , in order to cope with the change of the body image of young female cancer survivors.
