Examination of the home care support model supporting "desire to stay at home" up to the last moment

在本研究中，我们尝试运用相关理论（地位理论）来分析家庭护理支持系统。我们将现代主义的人物观作为“医院”场所的前提加以完善，并采用人物观的“叙事模式”，将“家”场所的多样性和复杂性包裹起来。然后我们得到了以下四点的结果。1)重新梳理居家医疗存在的问题；2)以“家”为“医疗场所”为关键词，重新审视当事人需要的远程医疗状态；3)从两个实地考察中观察到的与健康专业人员和帮助者的关系；4)居家医疗支持模式的建议。

In this research we explore to analyze the care support system at home with the related theory(the status theory). We improve the modernistic human being view as premises for the place a "hospital" and adopt the human view of the "narrative model" which also enclose the diversity and the complexity of the place home. Then we obtained the result about the following four points. 1) Re-arrangement of the problems over home medical care 2) Reexamination the state of the remote medical treatment which the parties need with a keyword which is called home as "a place of medical treatment" 3) Consideration which observed relationship with a health professional and a helper from two fieldworks 4) the proposals of home care support models.
