Basic research of educational program development ofthe newly-appointed public health nurse who utilized reflection

新聘公共卫生护士社区护理反思内容的特点。[方法] 2名刚入职的地方政府公共卫生护士。[伦理学考虑]本研究已获得相关机构伦理审查委员会的批准。[结果]在整合促进反思的内容类别的基础上，共识别出7个项目，分别为：“通过情感表达而揭示的护理实践细节”等。[讨论]促进新聘公共卫生护士反思的内容特点是在反思过程中反复确认事实和推进不确定感的调查过程。

Characteristics of contents promoting reflection among newly-appointed public health nurses in community nursing.[Methods] Two public healthnurses in their first year as public health nurses working for local governments. [Ethicalconsiderations] The present study was approved by the ethics review board of the relevantorganization. [Results] In addition, based on integration of the categories of contentsthat promoted reflection, a total of seven items were identified as follows: “detailedfacts about nursing practice that come to light with the expression of feelings" et al.[Discussion] The characteristics of contents promoting reflection among newly-appointedpublic health nurses included repeated confirmation of facts and advancement of theprocess of investigation of uncertain feelings during the course of reflection.
