This research was revealed the effect of respite care services for severely disabled children and their families. We conducted the questionnaire survey for the 47 primary caregivers of the child, 27 partners of primary caregivers and 8 siblings of the child. Respite care use was related to the Physical QOL of primary caregivers (B=0.45, p=0.03), and the score of FACES-Cohesion was related to the Mental QOL of primary caregivers (B=0.38, p=0.04).

这项研究揭示了暂托照顾服务对严重残疾儿童及其家庭的影响。我们对孩子的47名主要照顾者、27名主要照顾者的伴侣以及8名孩子的兄弟姐妹进行了问卷调查。暂托护理的使用与主要照顾者的身体生活质量相关（B=0.45，p=0.03），FACES-Cohesion 得分与主要照顾者的心理生活质量相关（B=0.38，p=0.04）。
