Developing Human-Resource-Development Program for Staff of Community Spaces for Adolescent Children

本研究的最终目的是创造能够公平、健康地培养青少年儿童的社区环境。具体而言，2013年有两个目标：明确青少年儿童对当地社区设施和人力资源的需求，并为社区空间的工作人员制定人力资源发展（HRD）计划。在这一年中，我们对2000名青少年儿童进行了问卷调查，在国外四个城市进行了实地调查，并对自尊与时间观的相关性进行了研究。我们揭示了影响青少年儿童动机和心理稳定性的一些因素，并明确了社区空间工作人员的技能和心态。目前阶段正在尝试和改进人力资源开发项目，该项目由一家非营利组织支持，该组织正在为日本市川市的学生创建一个社区空间。

The final purpose of this research is creating community environment that can foster adolescent children fairly and healthily. In particular, there were two aims in 2013: clarifying needs of adolescent children about facilities and human resources in their local communities, and developing a Human-Resource-Development (HRD) program for staff of community spaces.In this year, we did some questionnaires toward to 2,000 adolescent children, field research in four foreign cities, and research about correlation between self-esteem and time perspective. We uncovered some factors that influence adolescent children's motivation and mental stability, and clarified skill-set and mind-set as staff of community spaces.Current phase is trying and improving the HRD program being supported by a non-profit organization that is creating a community space for students in Ichikawa City, Japan.
