(1) Development of New Media for EverybodyWe tried to utilize the real matter and nature through five senses. Our theme is "Earth arid Life", which is maximally efficient of the real matter and nature. We made the database and study programs of "Earth and Life". All citizen and impairment persons could study alone at anytime, anywhere.(2) Development of Study Program by New Method Useful for Impairment PersonsWe tried the case studies of science education as follows. We carried out three Programs which are new media using together with citizen and impairment persons, field and in-house activities, and collaboration of citizen and impairment persons.(3) Propose New Systematic on Science Education of MuseumsBased on the case studies, we induced the museum study program of "Earth and Life'' for everybody inducing impairment persons. We proposed the new study systematic on science education of museum.
