A Study on the Construction of Support System for Mother and her Children who need the Protection from Domestic Violence

我们研究的一个主要目的是调查我们社会中家庭暴力-身体暴力、精神暴力和经济暴力-的实际情况。我们深入调查了“支援母亲和儿童之家”的用户。我们可以得到213个家庭，2974个家庭的数据（答复率为72.2%）1与全日本支援母亲和儿童之家会议合作，我们调查的主要项目是夜间安全控制系统、紧急支援系统、法律的支援系统、重建家庭的支援系统、暴力经历、母亲的职业、从数据中可以了解家庭暴力受害者的心理问题。例如，46.6%的使用者经历过家庭暴力。43.6%的使用者曾遭受过不道德行为、47.6%的使用者曾失业、45.3%的使用者曾不能回娘家等。目前摆在我们面前的问题是建立系统的家庭暴力难民社会工作网络。我们必须建立网络福利办公室，警察，律师，公立学校，医生，心理治疗师，等等。

One main Purpose of our study is to investigate the actual situation of Domestic Violence, -physical violence, mental violence and economic violence-in our society. We investigated the users of The Home for Supporting Mother and Children intensively. We could get data on 213 homes,2974family (response rates is 72.2%) 1n cooperation with the all-Japan Conference of The Home for Supporting Mother and Children.Main items of our investigation are safety control system at night time, urgency support system, legal support system, Support system for re-construction of family, experience of violence, mothers' career, kinship-network etc.We could know the trouble of victims of DV from our data. For instance, 46.6% of users had undergone DV. 43.6% of users had endured immoral conduct, unemployment her husband 47.6%, can't go back her parents' home 45.3%.etc.The problems which now front us are construction of systematic social work network on refugees from Domestic Violence. We must construct network welfare office, police, lawyer, public school, medical practitioner, psychotherapist, and] so on.
