In the theme, "Area study about the North East Asian economy along with development of resources in Far East Russia", we have been researched about the connection possibility of the North East Asian economy and Hokkaido economy (2001).First, from the macro economy viewpoint, we have been researched about the actual condition of the Sakhalin project in recent years and the Sakhalin economy.Next, from the micro economy viewpoint, we have been researched about the residence building of Vladivostok and the global competence of Hokkaido Corporation in the global age, and the patent strategy model of Hokkaido Corporation.Then, from the legal viewpoint, we have been researched about the responsibility for international compensation about damage to arise due to the oil drain accident in the case of development of submarine petroleum resources, and about the actual condition of the joint venture form in the Russian law.It hopes for the effective use of the research result.

在“东北亚经济与俄罗斯远东资源开发的区域研究”这一主题中，我们研究了东北亚经济与北海道经济联系的可能性（2001）。首先，从宏观经济的角度，对库页岛项目近年来的实际情况和库页岛经济进行了研究。其次，从微观经济的角度，研究了海参崴的住宅建设与全球化时代下北海道公司的全球竞争力，以及北海道公司的专利战略模式。然后，从法律的角度，研究了海底石油资源开发中因泄油事故造成损害的国际赔偿责任，以及俄罗斯法律中合资形式的实际情况。希望研究成果能得到有效利用。
