A Study on the Benefit Assessment of Environmental Management Cost for Recreational use of Forest

本研究目的一是探讨森林游憩环境经营成本效益评估之可行性。二是探讨与私有林相适应的内部节约方式。(1)A对158个私人森林进行了问卷调查，以澄清综合利用（特别是娱乐用途）森林的实际状况。揭示了森林面积、土地所有权、游客数量、游客属性、游客居住地、游客交通方式、经营方式、经营组织、所有者与经营者的关系、森林经营预算的存在。(2)A对16个私有林进行了问卷调查，以澄清综合利用森林的管理成本。我们发现管理成本和森林面积或游客数量之间的特定关系。(3)A对东京都富民之森的游客进行了问卷调查，以阐明使用的特点，森林或林业的意识，以及支付森林管理费用的意愿。（4）根据（1）-（3）的研究结果，探讨了森林游憩利用环境管理费用效益评估的可能性，以及各私有林游憩利用环境管理费用的收取方式。

The first purpose of this study is to discuss the possibility of benefit assessment of environment management cost for recreational use of forest. The second purpose is to discuss the way of internal economization for adaptation to private forest.(1)A questionnaire was conducted on 158 private forests to clarify the actual state of the forest for integrated use (especially recreational use). Following points were revealed - forest area, land ownership, visitor numbers, visitor's attribute, visitor's residential area, visitor's traffic way, management style, organization for management, relationship between owner and manager, existence of the budget for forest management.(2)A questionnaire was conducted on 16 private forests to clarify the cost for management of forest for integrated use. We found the particular relationship between management cost and forest area or visitor numbers.(3)A questionnaire was conducted on visitors to Tomin-no-mori in Tokyo, to clarify the characteristics of use, the consciousness to forest or forestry, and WTP (Willingness To Pay) to the cost for forest management.(4)Based on (1)-(3) results, we discussed the possibility of benefit assessment of environment management cost for recreational use of forest, and the adaptable way of collection of the cost for each private forest.
