Development of sampling and analysis system of stable water isotopes for water cyc

为水循环研究制定了以下水同位素取样和分析方法；(1)飞机观测取样装置(2)系留气球观测取样装置(3)塔式观测取样装置(4)大气水汽分析线(5)土壤和植物水分提取线对1999 ~ 2001年东西伯利亚地区的大气水汽、土壤和植物水分样品采用了开发的方法。从土壤和植物样品中提取的水的氧和氢同位素比值成功地用于水的示踪。同位素数据表明，水分在土壤中的运动取决于水分条件。大气水汽同位素数据集也可用于分析该地区的水循环。

Methods for sampling and analysis of water isotopes as follows were developed for water cycle research ;(1) Sampling device for an aircraft observation(2) Sampling device for a tethered balloon observation(3) Sampling device for tower observation(4) Analysis line for atmospheric water vapor(5) Soil and plant water extraction lineDeveloped methods were applied for the atmospheric water vapor and soil and plant water samples obtained in Eastern Siberia in 1999 to 2001. Oxygen and hydrogen isotope ratios of extracted water from soil and plant samples were successfully used for tracing water. Isotope data indicated that water movement in the soil depended on the moisture condition. Isotope dataset on the atmospheric water vapor also can be used for analysis of recycling of water in the region.
