项目摘要

1)THE FOLLOWING QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION METHODS FOR STRENGTH AND MATERIALS PERMEABILITY OF MINUTE REGIONS IN CONCRETE COULD BE DEVELOPED IN THIS RESEARCH.A)MINUTE COMPRESSIVE TESTB)MINUTE TENSILE TESTC)MINUTE DIFFUSION TEST2)IT WAS QUANTITATIVELY CONFIRMED THAT THE STRENGTH AND MATERIALS PERMEABILITY OF AGGREGATE GAVE LARGE INFLUENCE ON THAT OF CONCRETE. MOREOVER THE EFFECTIVE METHOD TO USE THE LOW QUALITY AGGREGATES COULD BE PROPOSED.3)IT WAS QUANTITATIVELY CONFIRMED THAT THE UPPER PART OF CONCRETE WAS EASILY INFLUENCED BY BLEEDING AND THE QUALITY OF STRENGTH AND MATERIALS PERMEABILITY OF UPPER PART CONCRETE BECAME LOW. MOREOVER THE CORROSION FORMATION OF STEEL BAR EMBEDDED IN CONCRETE AFFECTED BY BLEEDING TENDED TO MACROCELL CORROSION DEW TO THE ABOVE EFFECT.4)IT WAS QUANTITATIVELY CONFIRMED THAT THE STRENGTH OF ITZ AT LOWER PART OF AGGREGATE WAS LOWER THAN THAT OF UPPER PART OF AGGREGATE DEW TO THE BLEEDING WATER.5)IT WAS QUANTITATIVELY CONFIRMED THAT THE CHLORIDE ION DIFFUSIVITY OF MINUTE REGION IN CONCRETE BECAME LARGE WITH TEMPERATURE RISING. MOREOVER THE ABOVE TENDENCY FOLLOWS ARRHENIUS EQUATION.
1)本文提出了混凝土中骨料区强度和材料渗透性的定量评价方法:(1)骨料抗压强度试验;(2)骨料抗拉强度试验;(3)骨料抗压强度试验;(4)骨料抗拉强度试验;(5)骨料抗压强度试验;(6)骨料抗拉强度试验。3)定量地证实了混凝土上部易泌水,混凝土强度质量和材料渗透性变差。此外,混凝土中钢筋受泌水影响的腐蚀形态也趋向于宏观腐蚀露水,并呈现出上述趋势。4)定量证实了集料下部与泌水接触区的强度低于集料上部与泌水接触区的强度。5)定量证实了随着温度的升高,混凝土中钢筋区的氯离子渗透率增大。此外,阿雷尼乌斯方程还能解释上述趋势.
