Collaborated Research for Creation of the Ecommunity on Island and Peninsular Areas

本研究旨在为鹿儿岛县因人口减少和居民老龄化而造成社区混乱的岛屿和半岛地区建立电子社区的各种条件和过程进行探索。它是通过与经济学、教育学和政治学合作实现的。在这一点上，eCommunity是一个复合词，由经济、生态和社区组成。在三年的时间里，我们进行了多次实地调查，以找出eCommunity在现实中的一个实体。这些地区对我们来说是非常重要和令人印象深刻的。首先，在上述研究的任何情况下，他们在促进区域发展的同时，都在考虑如何协调经济活动、环境保护、社区功能的协调。第二，在进化的过程中，他们考虑了经济活动、环境保护、社区功能的协调。第二，在进化的过程中，他们如何维护自己的社区和支持个人生活，以及创建社区所需要的东西充分、可持续地利用区域共有的土地、森林、海洋等资源。第三，创建eCommunity这样一个经济、生态、社区平衡的社会，其行动和组织是非常重要的；将传统文化传承给当地的下一代，环境保护进步的教育，支持社区商业的非营利组织(NPO)。

This research project had been aim to find various conditions and process for creation of Ecommunity on the Island and Peninsular Areas, where being Community disrupt caused by depopulating and residents' aging, in Kagoshima prefecture. And it accomplished by collaborating with economic, pedagogic and political Sciences. In this connection, Ecommunity is a compound word, made by economy, ecology and community.We had carried out field surveys several times to find out an entity of Ecommunity in reality, during the three years. The following regions are very important and impressive for us to imagine the Ecommunity -Kasasa Cho in Sachuma Peninsular, Okinoerabu Island, Nazeshi in Amami Island, Chushima Island, Kuriyama Cho in Hokkaido, Jeju Island in Korea.Above studies were completed based on the viewpoints of how they maintaining their community and supporting individual living simultaneously as well as what will be necessary to create the Ecommunity.First, In any cases of above studies, when they promote the development of region, they living now, it has been consider for them to harmonize the economy activity, environment conservations, community functions.Second, In the process of evolving Ecommunity, they make full and sustainable use of common resources possessed by region such as like land, forest, and marine resources.Third, For the creation of Ecommunity, which is a society be balanced to economy, ecology and community, such actions and organizations are very important as following ; inherit traditional culture to next generation in the local area, education for progress of environment conservation, non profit organizations (NPO) supporting the community business.
