项目摘要

A new emergency/permanent seismic retrofit technique for existing RC columns, in which aramid fiber belts are pre-tensioned and used as external transverse reinforcement, is proposed in this investigation.This retrofit is a diy method, which does not require heavy machineiy.This seismic retrofit technique is proposed by the attention to this fact as emergency reinforcement right after the earthquake disaster.By experimental cyclic loading tests of retrofitted RC columns, it was proven to be alterable for the flexural yield mode that is rich in the ductility after retrofit, in respect of brittle shear, failure mode before retrofit.And, the seismic performance was also possible, if the thin steel plates were put on the surfac&of the RC columns under high axial force whose ratio was 0.6.The axial compression tests of concrete columns using the pre-tensioned aramid fiber belt were carried out. The results showed that both the compressive strength and ductility were improved together with the introduction of prestress.It was proven that the emergency retrofit was effective for the recoveiy of lateral capacity and ductility of damaged RC columns by both axial compression and cyclic loading tests.It was confirmed to be effective more and more, if the tensile force was introduced into the aramid fiber belt, and the thin steel plates were utilized.
本研究提出了一种新的紧急/永久抗震加固技术,即用芳纶纤维带进行预张拉并作为外部横向加固。这种改造是一种diy方法,不需要重型机械。这种抗震加固技术是针对地震灾害发生后的紧急加固而提出的。通过钢筋混凝土柱的试验循环加载试验,证明了改造后的钢筋混凝土柱具有较强延性的弯曲屈服模式,而改造前的钢筋混凝土柱具有脆性剪切破坏模式。在高轴力比为0.6的条件下,在混凝土柱表面加装薄钢板,也能获得良好的抗震性能。对预张拉芳纶带混凝土柱进行了轴压试验。结果表明,预应力的引入提高了混凝土的抗压强度和延性。通过轴压试验和循环加载试验,验证了应急加固对恢复受损钢筋混凝土柱的侧向承载力和延性是有效的。在芳纶纤维带中引入拉力,并采用薄钢板,其效果越来越好。
