Development of exercise therapy self-management equipment in the lifestyle habit illness

生活方式习惯疾病随着社会和生活方式习惯的变化而增多。为了预防生活习惯疾病的发生，我们开发了以心率和步数为指标的运动疗法自我管理系统，运动疗法自我管理系统由心电图机、计步器、微型计算机、存储卡和个人计算机组成。心率和步数数据每隔1分钟测量一次，并将1天的每一数据相加，可绘制成图形。测量1天的平均心率、所有步数、适当运动时间、多余运动步数和步数，每个数据总计1个月。测量数据保存在存储卡中，并可在个人计算机上进行数据分析。计算1天的平均步数和平均心率数据，并与卡路里计数器(Lifecorder Suzuken Co.，Ltd.)的测量结果进行比较。2003年4月25日，我们申请了运动疗法指导控制系统专利。

The lifestyle habit illness increases with the change of society and lifestyle habit. We developed exercise therapy self-management system which made heart rate and number of steps in the index in order to prevent the lifestyle habit illness.Exercise therapy self-management system is constituted by electrocardiograph, pedometer, microcomputer, memory card and personal computer. Heart rate and number of steps data are measured every 1 minute, and each data for 1 day is totaled, it can be graphed. Average heart rate, all number of steps, the proper exercise time and the time which superfluously exercised number of steps and number of steps for 1 day are measured, and each data is totaled throughout 1 month.Measured data are preserved in the memory card, and the analysis of the data is possible in the personal computer.We calculated the consumption calorie using each data of number of steps and average heart rate for 1 day, and it was compared with the measuring result of calorie counter (Lifecorder SUZUKEN Co., Ltd.) ever used.We applied for the patent of exercise therapy guidance control system on April 25th, 2003.
