Overseas survey on the trends of educational reform and advanced IT Implementation in higher education

这项研究的目的是(1)调查北美、西欧和澳大利亚等领先地区高等教育先进信息技术应用的最新趋势，以促进国内教育改革的部署；(2)分析与发达国家和亚太地区发展中国家在这些领域开展国际合作的可能性。在我们的最后一份报告中，我们回顾了电子学习的国际传播、其本地化和质量保证、数字学习资源的共享和再利用以及利用信息通信技术进行远程高等教育，收集了不同国家的不同案例。研究结果如下：“基于电子学习的教育改革：建立一个基于网络的国际学习社区”、“关于电子学习的多文化视角：共存和协作”、“电子学习的质量保证”、“数字学习材料的共享和再利用及其质量保证”、“加拿大虚拟大学：不列颠哥伦比亚省工业大学的案例”、“开放学习机构简介”、“国家教育统计中心关于授予学位的专上教育机构远程教育的报告审查”，“《基于国际宽带连接的远程协作学习》、《基于宽带网络的老年人游戏情境下的计算机编程教育案例研究》等16篇论文。

The objectives of this research were (1) to survey the latest trends of advanced IT implementation in higher education in the leading areas, such as North America, Western Europe and Australia in order to contribute to the deployment of domestic educational reform and (2) to analyze the possibilities of international collaborations both with the developed countries and with developing countries in Asia-Pacific regions in these fields.In our final report, we reviewed on international dissemination of e-learning, its localization and quality assurance, sharing and re-use of digital learning resources and distance higher education by ICT, collected various cases in different countries. "Distance Collaborative Learning via international broadband connections", "A case study of computer programming education in gaming situation for senior citizens over broadband network" and other 16 papers.
