项目摘要

本企画調査では「ジェンダー医療科学」共同研究立ち上げを目指し、現状分析、問題点の解析、研究領域・研究テーマの設定を行うため、関係諸団体・医療者に意見聴取、アンケート調査を行うとともに、女性医療・医学研究の先進国である米国の現状と将来動向について分担して調査した。(1)医師・薬剤師・看護職者の再教育システムと医療における性差を考えた全人医療システムの構築、(2)中高年女性の健康度把握調査、(3)女性に特化した健康教育システム及びカリキュラムの開発、(4)性差の見られる疾患の基礎医学研究、(5)性差の見られる疾患の診断並びに治療法の開発、(6)薬物療法における性差発現とリスクマネージメント、(7)性差を考慮した臨床治験研究の構築以下に、各研究分担者の調査報告概要を記した。上野光一:高齢者医療と女性医療の観点から(1),(3),(6)及び全体計画の調整と取り纏めを行い、薬物動態の性差に関する研究を立ち上げる緊急性を指摘した。その他、薬学生及び薬剤師の性差医療に関するアンケート調査を行い、薬学教育に性差医療教育を導入することの必要性を指摘した。天野恵子:(1)、(2),(3),(5)、(7)について検討し、米国NIH、米国女性医学会、コロンビア大学等で動向調査し、その成果をもとに関連学会にてシンポジウムやワークショップを開催した。平井愛山:13年9月より女性外来を開設した千葉県立東金病院院長として調査課題(1)、(2)、(4)、(5)、(7)について調査し、女医による女性外来の有用性を指摘し全国で啓蒙活動を行った。平成16年度より開始される医師臨床研修プログラムに性差医療プログラムを取り入れた計画を立案した。山田勝士:13年5月より女性外来を開設した鹿児島大学附属病院の薬剤部長として、(1)、(3)、(4)、(6),(7)に関し、医師の性差医学に対する意識調査およびTDMならびに治験における性差に関する調査ついて調査し、性差医学教育の重要性及びバルプロ酸血中濃度に性差が存在する事を示した。森恵美:看護学の観点から、(1)、(2)、(3)、(5)についてアンケート調査し、論点整理を行った。生涯にわたる女性の健康維持・増進のため、女性医療に関する専門看護師養成の必要性を指摘した。

This project survey is aimed at "medical science," joint research, research field, research topic setting, relationship, medical personnel, opinion acquisition, research project, women's medical research, advanced countries, current situation and future trends of the United States.
