Systematization and the rehabilitation of lingually attached prosthesis fabrication for glossectomies using palatography

本研究旨在针对近年来因中风等神经、肌肉系统疾病、舌癌等口腔癌获得功能后下降的老年人和中途障碍患者，规划建立以腭裂图治疗方法系统化和语言康复为核心的重返社会方案。本研究的内容是：对于半侧以上的患者，舌部不仅有说话的困难，而且有灌胃和吞咽的困难。舌附假体安装后，对年满5岁以上的患者，采用Paratogram方法重新制作上颌人工牙，并对各腭的形态和余舌的调节进行比较检查。对于年龄在5岁以上的患者，再次采用腭图法，对各上颚的形态和余舌的调节进行比较和检查，结果清楚如下：1)对于切除一半以上舌头的患者，安装舌附体的上颚形态，除了左右不对称形态外，还出现了陶器臼状的人。2)对于5年以上后重新安装的舌附体，与第一颗人工牙腭相比，腭有相对变厚的趋势。3)舌附体对改善灌胃和吞咽困难有较好的效果。4)大量腭图显示左右不对称，与腭形吻合较好。因此，承认口腔的作用较大，而且训练和腭图评价方法对吞咽困难等功能障碍也有效。少
