Establishiment of clinical index for treatment of speech development

言语发育指数的参数很多，日语中用于言语发育障碍临床诊断和治疗的参数很少。言语发育障碍治疗的标准化指标有待建立。首先，我们必须了解正常儿童的语言发展。在这些参数中，我们使用构音障碍词表，收集了7个含有双唇塞音的样本：/panda/，/basω/，/kaη i/，/ke：ki/，/sakana/，/rappa/，/a i /。受试者为8名日本儿童，其中3名2岁，1名3岁，3名5岁和1名6岁。他们没有言语、语言或听力障碍的病史，也没有发育或神经系统疾病的病史。在此期间，我们检测了两个参数：爆破音后50毫秒的FI 1/F2比值（F1/F2）和爆破音后50毫秒的共振峰转换（FT）。高年龄组FT波幅较大。本研究的主要目的是选择通用性高的词汇，使样本易于收集，并通过我们的网页在互联网上提供诊断。

There are many parameters of the index for speech development In Japanese, only a few parameters of the index are used in dinical diagnosis and treatment of speech developmental disorders. It is need to establish the standard index for treatment of speech developmental disorders. First of all, we have to know the speech development in normal children. Among m any parameters, we aimed to reveal the transition of acoustical features of words in each age of children.Using the word list for articulatory disorders, we collected seven samples : /panda/, /basω/, /kaη i/, /ke : ki/, /sakana/, /rappa/, /a∫ i /, which contain bilabial stops. Subjects were 8 Japanese children 3 of aged in 2 yrs, 1 of 3 yrs, 3 of 5 yrs, and 1 of 6yrs. They had no histories of speech, language, or hearing proeblems and of development or neurological disorders. In this period, we examined two parameters : FI1/F2 ratio at 50 milliseconds after plosives (F1/F2) and formant transition after 50 milliseconds after plosives (FT).There was no change of F1/F2 in each age group. The larger amplitude of FT was observed in higher aged group. It may be suggested that the amplitude of FT relate to speech developmentWe have some projects after this study : to select the word whose generality is high to make a sample easy to collect, and providing the diagnosis on the Internet through our homepage.
