Foreign Research Collaborator : Dr.Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha, Senior Economist & Head of DepartmentInstitution : Department of Macro Economic Policies, National Center for Social and Human Sciences, Institute of Economics1.We had an additional survey of questionnaire and interview for 80 enterprises in Vietnam from August 23^<rd> to September 1, 2004 under the cooperation from Dr.Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha, and her staff. Using the collected data we had an empirical analysis on the functional efficiency of Development Assistance Fund, which result was presented at EACES (European Association for Comparative Economic Studies) international conference in Belgrade in September 25^<th>, 2004 under the title "The Function Analysis of New Fiscal Support Institution in Vietnam".2.We had an interview survey on lending behavior of Development Assistance Fund and two other national commercial banks under the cooperation from Dr.Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha, and her staff. Based on the data collected we had an analytical results on Vietnamese Policy Finance which is expected to present at Japan Association for Asian Studies in Shimane in October 2005.

对外研究合作者：阮氏清河博士，高级经济师，系主任。研究单位：经济研究所国家社会与人文科学中心宏观经济政策研究室。在阮氏清河博士及其工作人员的合作下，我们于2004年8月23日至9月1日对越南80家企业进行了问卷调查和访谈。利用收集到的数据，我们对发展援助基金的功能效率进行了实证分析，该结果于2004年9月25日在贝尔格莱德举行的EACES（欧洲比较经济研究协会）国际会议上发表，题为“越南新财政支持制度的功能分析”。在阮氏清河博士及其工作人员的合作下，我们对发展援助基金和其他两家全国性商业银行的贷款行为进行了访谈调查。根据收集到的数据，我们对越南政策金融进行了分析，预计将于2005年10月在岛根市的日本亚洲研究协会上发表。
