项目摘要

1 本企画調査研究の目的平成19年度開催予定の「中国西部大開発戦略と貴州省の文化・社会・環境の継承発展に関する国際会議」の企画調査を行うことである。2 企画調査研究の内容このために以下のような企画調査活動を行った。(1)貴州大学との予備及び第一次現地共同調査(成果については国際会議において報告予定)藤原貞雄:貴州大学との共同調査合意形成と予備調査(貴州省の貧困県である沿河県)、陳禮俊:農戸調査(沿河県及び施乗県)、李海峰:消費者行動アンケート調査(貴陽市)、石龍潭:国有企業調査(貴陽市)、辻正二・坪郷英彦:少数民族の民俗調査(東南苗族トン族自治州雷山県西江その他)、糸原義人・松井範惇:農村経済調査(沿河県及び施乗県)(2)貴州大学研究者の招聘貴州大学西南民俗研究所長王良範教授(ワークショップ「貴州の民俗と研究展望」報告)、貴州大学経済学院洪明勇教授(下記シンポジウム報告)(3)第1回日中人材育成国際シンポジウム「中国西部開発の課題と人材育成-貴州省を中心にして-」(平成18年2月21日於いて山口大学)の開催(4)日本学術振興会「アジア研究教育拠点事業」申請本企画調査を長期的に発展させるために上記拠点事業に申請した。採択されなかったが、評価ランキングはAであった。(5)共同研究者会議開催5回にわたり会議を開催し企画の進捗確認、調整を活発に行った。3 成果と今後の計画本研究グループは、貴州省をモデルとして、西部大開発政策を必要とさせたこの地域の文化・社会・環境の構造と特質を明かにする日中共同研究を進めている。これをさらに日本、中国、韓国、米国の研究者の共同調査、共同研究に拡大するために国際会議を開催することが必要と理解している。次年度は予備国際会議を(独法)アジア経済研究所と共同して東京で開催する予定である。

1 Purpose of this project survey and research The project survey and research will be carried out at the International Conference on Cultural, Social and Environmental Development of China's Western Development Strategy and Guizhou Province, scheduled to be held in 2019. 2. The contents of project investigation and research shall be as follows: (1)Guizhou University's preparation and first joint field investigation (Results of the International Conference) Sadao Fujiwara: Guizhou University Joint Investigation Agreement Formation and Preparation (Poverty in Guizhou Province), Chen Lijun: Agricultural Survey (Yanhe County and Taishi County), Li Haifeng: Consumer Action Survey (Guiyang City), Shilongtan: State-owned Enterprise Survey (Guiyang City), Ji Zhenger·Pingyi Yingyan: Ethnic Minority Folklore Survey (Southeast Miao Autonomous Prefecture Leishan County Xijiang River), Itohara Yoshito Matsui Fan Dun: Rural Economic Survey (Yanhe County and Taishi County)(2) Recruitment of Researchers at Guizhou University Professor Wang Liangfan, Director of the Southwest Folklore Institute of Guizhou University ("Guizhou Folklore Research Outlook "report), Professor Hong Mingyong, School of Economics, Guizhou University (3) The 1st International Conference on Human Resource Development in China" Western China Development Project and Human Resource Development-Center of Guizhou Province "(2/21/2018, Yamaguchi University) Request for opening (4) Japan Association for the Promotion of Science" Research and Education Project" Application for this project investigation and long-term development of the project.采択されなかったが、评価ランキングはAであった。(5)Co-investigator meetings are held for 5 days to facilitate the confirmation and adjustment of project progress. 3 Achievements and future plans This study is necessary for Guizhou Province to develop policies for the development of the western region. This is necessary for understanding the need for joint investigations and joint research by researchers from Japan, China, South Korea and the United States. The second annual international conference was held in Tokyo.
