项目摘要

本研究ではクーデター後の危機的状況において、既存の社会的境界を再編しながら展開している「贈与のネットワーク」を、「実践としての民主主義」の一例として位置づけ、人類学的調査を通じてその可能性を追求する点に特色がある。初年度の目標としては、クーデター以降の現状分析を含め、SNS調査と現地調査の二つを計画してきたが、ほぼ順当に進んできた。1. SNS調査：SNSが贈与のネットワークをどのように媒介・促進しているかについて、特にクーデター以降のFacebook（FB）上のやりとりを分析した。とくに①民主化に関わる諸ニュースを巡る議論、②オンライン上の諸グループによる意見表明をめぐる議論、③支援の必要性や方法についての情報交換を中心にコメント群を含めて収集した。ただし、現地ではFBでのニュース報道や意見表明への弾圧が激化しており、FB上の情報公開は減少し、限定的な情報交換に移行したり別のSNSに移行する傾向にあることが分かった。２.現地調査：本年度は主に国内の在日ミャンマー人（東京、大阪、広島、九州など）を中心に、いかなるネットワークが形成されているかを把握してきた。加えて、シンガポールやタイのメーソート等の調査を行い、移民、亡命ミャンマー人の贈与のネットワークに関する調査を開始した。また、研究会としては、簡単な打ち合わせ３回のほか、研究会を７回（対面４回、オンライン３回）を開催した。メンバー内の研究会４回では関連する理論にかかわる議論や調査成果の共有を行った。さらに、外部者がかかわる研究会としては、情報学を学ぶ若手研究者を招待し、SNSと抵抗運動にかかわる研究会を行った。また、在日ミャンマー人の活動家、実践家を招待し、対面研究会を開催するほか、オンラインで、個々の活動を語ってもらうなど、さまざまな形での研究会を開催し、贈与ネットワークの多様なあり方を理解する契機を得た。

This study focuses on the crisis situation after the crisis, the reformulation of the existing social realm, the development of "giving and living," an example of "practicing democracy," and the pursuit of anthropological investigation. The four chapters of the research meeting are related to the theory, discussion and common implementation of the research results.
