项目摘要

2050年の脱炭素社会の実現に向け、世界的な潮流となっている、E(環境)、S(社会)、G(ガバナンス)を考慮したESG投資の本質は、①市場平均を超えるリターンをもたらし、かつ、②ESGに良いことをする、という「ダブルボトムライン効果(ダブル効果)」にある。また、E、S、Gのなかで、カーボンを主要因とするE(気候変動)が、最も重要な現代的問題である。そこで本研究は、(P0)カーボンのニュース等のテキスト情報より、(P1)ESGセンチメントの構築、(P2)ESG価格指数の構築、という研究項目に取り組むことにより、(P3)株式投資等のダブル効果を可視化し、ESG投資の本質を解明することを目的とする。本研究の目的を達成すべく、本2022年度は、研究実施計画に沿って、以下の研究項目を実施した。(P0) テキスト情報：カーボンのニュース等のテキスト情報をベータベースに格納するシステムを構築した。(P1) ESGセンチメントの構築：準備として日本経済新聞の記事より、日本債券市場のセンチメント(JGB-VIX)の計量化を行った。本項目については、次年度以降も取り組む予定である。(P2) ESG価格指数の構築：ESG投資が包含するダブル効果を①既知の企業財務変数で説明するキャッシュフロー価値、②カーボン等のESGセンチメントで説明するESGを享受するヘドニック価値により評価する、ESG資産価格評価モデルの理論構築を行った。また、本研究成果を国際水準で結実すべく、サステナブル不動産に関する国際会議“The 26th AsRES Annual Conference: 2022 AsRES-AREUEA Joint Conference, Tokyo, Japan”をアジア不動産学会(AsRES)の会長として、全米不動産都市経済学会(AREUEA)と共催し、世界各国の研究者と議論を深めた。

The realization direction of decarbonization society in 2050, the trend of the world, E(environment), S(society) and G(environment) are considered. The essence of ESG investment is: (1) market average exceeds the average value, and (2) ESG is good. E, S, G, E, G, G, This study aims at: (P0) information on ESG investment,(P1) construction of ESG management,(P2) construction of ESG index,(P3) visualization of the results of ESG investment, and understanding of the nature of ESG investment. The objectives of this study have been achieved, and the following research projects have been implemented in accordance with the research implementation plan for 2022. (P0)The information of the website is as follows: (P1)The structure of ESG management system: preparation for the Japanese economic news, measurement of Japanese bond market (JGB-VIX). This project is scheduled to be completed in the following year. (P2)The construction of ESG investment index: ESG investment includes the following aspects: (1) the results of ESG investment,(2) the description of ESG investment index,(3) the evaluation of ESG investment index, and (4) the theoretical construction of ESG asset evaluation index.
