项目摘要

本研究は、大学発ベンチャーを取り巻くエコシステムや大学が提供する支援や教育が、大学から生まれるスタートアップの創出や成長に与える影響を分析して、イノベーション促進のメカニズムを解析しようとするものである。本年度は、起業エコシステムに関する体系的文献レビューを実施したが、その結果、単純に地域内の起業数を増やすことは高成長スタートアップの増加に繋がらないことや、エコシステムの地理的な単位は国家から都市の一部まで幅広く統一基準はないことなどがわかった。また、研究者が主に扱っている地域は地方都市であり、シリコンバレーをイメージした都市部の高成長スタートアップのエコシステムではないことも明らかになった。これらの発見は現在論文投稿中である。学生スタートアップについての研究では、起業家教育を受講した学生の起業意思や起業家的行動の短・中期的変化についての研究を進めた。本年度は、オンラインでの起業家教育が起業家的コンピテンシーを向上させるかどうかに関する研究を米国中小企業起業家協会(USASBE)の年次大会で発表した。起業家的コンピテンシーはアンケート調査で測定するが、その国際的尺度の日本語訳の検討も行った。また、東京大学で実施している学生の技術プロジェクト支援プログラムについての分析を、起業家教育と教育学に関する書籍の一章として出版した。また、米国経営学会 (AOM)年次大会で、アントレプレナーシップ研究における経験抽出法（ESM）の活用に関するProfessional Development Workshopを実施した。近年、組織行動、組織論、医学の分野ではESMを使った研究が急増しているが、アントレ領域では普及していないことが文献レビューにより判明したので、優れた研究を行っている研究者をワークショップに招いて紹介した。文献レビューの結果は国際ジャーナルに論文投稿予定である。
