项目摘要

本年度の研究では「セーフケア」という家庭訪問によるペアトレ・プログラムを導入するために、１)プログラムの翻訳、2)訪問員へのインタビュー調査、3)自治体との家庭訪問導入に関する打ち合わせ、4)訪問員への研修、5)パイロットの家庭訪問を実施した。1)については、米国のセーフケアのナショナルセンター（National SafeCare Training and Research Center: NSTRC) と連絡をとり、日本で実施する上での版権の利用許可・セーフケア・プログラムの実施・翻訳・文化的修正について相談し、本研究者の所属機関を通じて契約の締結を行った。その上で、マニュアルの翻訳と文化的修正（例えば事故予防に浴槽での溺水を入れるなど、日本にあわせた内容を追加、銃による事故の内容については削除など）を行った。2)現行の家庭訪問事業における課題を整理するため、養育支援訪問事業の訪問員16名にインタビュー調査を実施した。3)セーフケアの導入に合意がとれた福岡市の２区の担当者と、対象家族の選出、家庭訪問導入の流れについてミーティングを実施し、現地のプログラムの運営を児童養護施設のスタッフがコーディネーターとして協働してくださることとなった。4)作成した日本版セーフケア・プログラムの内容をもとに、１２ー１月の週末に３日間、訪問員6名に対して研修を実施した。訪問員は養育支援訪問事業の訪問員をしていた人の中から募集をした。5)プログラムの実施に同意がとれた家族に対して、研修を受けた訪問員が3月よりパイロットの家庭訪問を開始した。本研究者は東京医科歯科大学の倫理委員会で承認を受けた上で、家庭訪問対象者と訪問員に対する質問紙調査を実施している。

This year's research includes the following aspects: introduction of family visit, 1) search of family visit, 2) survey of visitor's family visit, 3) cooperation of family visit in autonomous communities, 4) study of visitor's family visit, and 5) introduction of family visit. 1) The National SafeCare Training and Research Center (NSTRC) in China and the United States (NSTRC) and the Japanese government (NSTRC) have been working together to discuss the use of license, implementation, translation, cultural revision, and the conclusion of a communication contract with the institutions affiliated with this researcher. The revision of culture (e.g. accident prevention, bath drowning, Japanese accident content, accident content, etc.) 2)The current home visit project was organized, and the survey of 16 visitors to the parenting support project was carried out. 3) The introduction of the project is expected to be carried out by the person in charge of the second district of Fukuoka City, the selection of the project family, the introduction of the family visit, the implementation of the project, the operation of the local project, and the establishment of the child care facility. 4)The Japanese version of the website was created on December 3, 2010.
