项目摘要

本研究は，青年期を対象とし，1. 経験サンプリング法を用いる認知行動科学，2. 双生児法を用いる行動遺伝学，3. 脳機能計測(i.e., 脳波・fMRI)を用いる認知神経科学の3つの視点から，アイデンティティを支える日常的行動，遺伝・環境要因，脳内機序をそれぞれ解明し，その知見を活用しながら，4. 手紙往信法を用いたアイデンティティを支援する方策を検討することを目的としている。この目的を達成するために、今年度は特に1, 2, 4のグループで研究を推進した。１のグループでは、オンラインリサーチ会社に委託し、２週間における経験サンプリングデータを収集し、得られたデータの解析を行った。得られた結果から、全般的レベルのアイデンティティと日常レベルのアイデンティティおよび感情が関連することが明らかになった。２のグループに関しては、オンラインリサーチ会社に委託し、一卵性、二卵性双生児データを収集し、解析を行った。得られた結果から、アイデンティティ、心理的健康における遺伝環境分散の割合が明らかになった。3のグループに関しては、脳機能計測とアイデンティティとの関連についての資料収集および理論的関連性について検討を行った。4のグループに関しては、手紙往信法の実施がアイデンティティの向上に関連するか予備的に検討した。得られた結果は、手紙往信法はアイデンティティの上昇に顕著な効果を示していなかった。この結果をもとに次年度に向けた手紙往信法の改善策について検討した。これらの成果は、アイデンティティを支える基礎的なデータおよび支援の方策を開発する上で意義のある知見であり、第34発達心理学会の自主シンポジウムにおいて報告された。
