本研究は、複数の事業所から得られた科学的介護情報システムデータを中心とする介護データを用い、各領域の専門家と共同研究のフレームワークを構築し、要介護者の自立支援・重度化防止戦略立案に寄与するエビデンスを創出することを目的としている。本年度、ケアコネクトジャパンの介護ソフト：ケアカルテに蓄積されたデータを活用した研究を行うために研究倫理審査申請を行い、受理された。そしてデータを入手するために各事業所にデータの使用について説明と同意を得た。倫理審査と同意を得るのに時間がかかってしまい、今年度は実際のデータを入手できなかったため、要介護状態の重症化予防戦略に関する文献レビューや、レビュー論文執筆を実施した。また、介護医療院のデータを用いて、GLIM基準を用いた低栄養の診断がその後の要介護重症化に関連していることを報告した。
