项目摘要

看護系大学院修士・博士課程教育連動型FDモデルの構築に不可欠な「修士論文指導能力診断尺度」および「博士論文指導能力診断尺度」の開発に向け、以下の研究を実施した。１．「修士論文指導能力診断尺度」の開発（調査１）質的帰納的に解明した「修士論文指導に携わる教員の研究指導経験」を表す26概念を基盤に、修士論文の完成に必要不可欠な教員の研究指導能力を測定できるよう24質問項目を作成した。作成した質問項目から構成される尺度の妥当性の内容的側面を検討するため、尺度検討会およびパイロットスタディを実施した。これらの過程を経て、質問項目を洗練するとともに、選択肢が適切に設定されていることを確認した。次に、尺度の信頼性・妥当性の検討に必要なデータを収集するため、２回にわたり調査を実施した。全国の合計202大学院の研究科長に往復葉書等を用いて、１次調査および２次調査を依頼した。１次調査として、合計51大学院に合計348部の質問紙を送付し、合計85部の質問紙を回収した。また、２次調査として、54大学院に326部の質問紙を送付し、第１回125部、第２回108部の質問紙を回収した。その結果、有効回答241部、再テスト法の有効回答75部を収集した。２．博士論文指導に必要な能力の質的解明（調査２）博士論文指導に必要な能力の解明に向け、看護系大学院の博士論文指導に携わる教員の研究指導経験を表す概念の創出を目ざし、データ収集を行った。データ収集に先立ち、予備面接を行い、インタビューガイドの質問項目が概ね適切であることを確認した。その後、全国の看護系大学院に在籍し、博士課程の指導教員として過去５年以内に１名以上の修了生を輩出している看護学教員を対象に半構造化面接法を用いて研究指導経験を聴取した。６名の教員から聴取した研究指導経験を逐語記録に起こし、持続比較分析を行いながら面接フォームを用いてデータ化した。
