初年度である2022年度は、アセアン経済法制共通化の重点領域について近年の改革動向を確認する目的で、年度前半に各重点領域の文献調査を進めた。年度後半に連続10回の公開研究会を通じて情報分析を進めた：1) アセアン諸国の外資法政策（駿河輝和、金子由芳）、2) アセアン諸国の解雇法理（香川孝三、川畑康治）、3) アセアン諸国の競争法と本邦企業（栗田誠,島袋功一,後藤大樹）、4) アセアン諸国の企業と法（三重野文晴、金子由芳）、 5) アセアン諸国の知的財産権（杉浦淳, 渡邉純也, 三原健治）、6) ベトナムの法と紛争解決（川嶋四郎、飯考行）、7) カンボジアの法と紛争解決（坂野一生、寺村信道）、8) ラオスの法と紛争解決（大川謙蔵、入江克典）、9) ミャンマーの法と紛争解決(金子由芳,赤西芳文,甲斐史朗)、10) アセアン消費者法の動向と法整備支援（Luke Nottage）。上記で抽出された焦点について、第４四半期（2023年1月～3月）に現地研究機関（カンボジア司法省、インドネシア・ランプーン大学、ミャンマー・ダゴン大学法学部、タイ・チュラロンコン大学法学部、ベトナム国立大学ホーチミン経済法科大学法学部）との連携により、企業セクターへの聴取り調査を含むカントリーレポートを作成した。他に研究成果として、著書Yuka Kaneko, Insolvency Law Reforms in the ASEAN Emerging Economies, Springer, 2022; Yuka Kaneko, Reallocation of Social Risks in a Pandemic: Changing Law and Contractual Relations of Asian SMEs under COVID-19, Springer, 2022他。

In the first half of the year, the 2022 fiscal year will be completed, and in the first half of the year, the document survey of each key area will be carried out.
