Basic Study of Electrostatic Induced Voltage in a Metal Box Caused by Movement of a Charged Body

Movement of electrostatic charged objects, such as a human body, near electronic equipment placed in a partly opened metal box can lead to the appearance of voltage induced in conductive parts of the equipment. The electrostatic induced voltage can cause malfunctions and even breakdowns of the equipment.
