Development of Practical Use of Recycled Aggregate for Concrete

在本研究中，为了推广由废弃混凝土制成的再生骨料的实际应用，研究了由建筑废料临时堆放场储存的废弃混凝土制成的再生骨料（细骨料和粗骨料）和含有这些再生骨料的混凝土的性能。主要研究结果如下：含再生骨料混凝土的抗压强度和耐久性较普通骨料混凝土差。这些范围的数量受再生细骨料质量的影响。加速试验表明再生混凝土的碳化速度高于普通混凝土。加速试验表明，再生混凝土中的钢筋锈蚀率大于普通骨料混凝土中的钢筋锈蚀率。在选用优质再生细骨料的情况下，通过调整混凝土的水灰比，可以恢复再生混凝土的这些劣化性能。

In this study, to spread the practical use of recycled aggregate made from demolition waste concrete, the properties of recycled aggregates (both fine and coarse) made from the demolition waste concrete stored in temporary stock yards for construction waste materials and concretes containing these recycled aggregates were investigated. Main results obtained are as follows.1. Compressive strength and durability of concrete containing recycled aggregate are worse compared normal aggregate concrete. And the amount of these range are affected by the quality of recycled fine aggregate.2. Speed of carbonation of recycled concrete by accelerated test are higher than that of normal concrete. And the rates of rust of steel bar in the recycled concrete are larger than the case in the normal aggregate concrete by accelerated test.3. These deterioration properties of recycled concrete can be recovered by adjusting the water cement ratio of concrete in the case that high quality recycled fine aggregate is used.
